At Aagaman, warmth rises with the spice, A quiet elegance woven into every dish. Flavours unfold with grace and intention, Inviting you to linger, to savour, to slow. Silken naan, golden and tender, Arrives like comfort made edibleโ Garlic-scented, impossibly light, The perfect companion rather than a distraction. Then comes the fig koftaโ A moment of balance and brilliance. Sweet depth meets gentle spice, Wrapped in a sauce both rich and restrained. A dish that speaks softly yet stays with you. The Queenโs Platter offers abundance without excess, Each element thoughtful, assured, complete. Nothing shouts; everything sings. Aagaman is not just a meal, But a quiet celebration of flavour, Where care, craft, and generosity Are tasted in every bite.
Had takeaway last night and it was absolutely top-notch! The lamb roghan josh was rich and full of flavour, the tawa prawn was perfectly cooked, and both the garlic naan and cheese naan were soft and delicious. A true hidden gem on Flinders Lane- definitely a must-visit place. Highly recommended!โค๏ธ
This was an impulse decision to try them out since we were in the vicinity. At first glance, it's a nicely decorated restaurant with funny names of dishes. The prices are steep considering the location so we ordered their king kebab platter with tandoori roti. I am not sure if it's the culture or what but the kebabs were super dry and no taste. The worst one was the lamb chop! The kebabs were on a bed of onions which once again were pretty much burnt. I am quite disappointed considering the reviews ๐. I truly hope they consider the feedback and focus on making succulent kebabs which will not be a jaw punishment.
The complimentary papadamous was a nice start, crisp and flavourful. The garlic naan and pani puri were fine. The goat curry tasted good, but the portion of actual meat was disappointing, with large bones taking up most of the small bowl. The service was the biggest letdown. The staff were not friendly, and one of them even rolled her eyes when we asked to change the table cover, which was visibly stained with food. Will NOT be back
Absolutely fabulous. This is my 5th time dining here, and it never disappoints. The food is incredibly tasty full of flavour, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish is a treat. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is calm and beautifully set. Always a wonderful experience. Highly recommend everyone to try this amazing place youโll love it.
