I had idli sambhar, punugulu and Mysore Bonda. Servings was plety and the dishes were tasty. The restaurant owner is also super good and kind.

The breakfast was truly worth the price. We were fortunate to discover such a homemade food spot during our early morning hours. However, finding it was a bit tricky. A board near the car wash board would be really helpful. We tried the breakfast combo. The dosas are a must-try and the pongal was good. The idli, however, was half-cooked and still soft. The sambar and chutneys were delicious and the chai is a must-try too!

We came down from Newcastle to Canberra for a holiday weekend and were really craving some authentic Indian breakfast. We found this spot serving a fantastic breakfast combo with masala dosa – everything was spot on! The masala dosa was crispy and perfectly made, with a flavorful potato filling. The sambar was rich and tasty, but the real hit was the red chutney – fresh and absolutely delicious! Simple, home-style food done right. Portions were generous, rates super reasonable, and it was all so good that we devoured everything as soon as it arrived – no photos left because it disappeared too fast! 😄 There was a short wait since one person was preparing everything with care, but the food was totally worth it. Highly recommend for anyone wanting tasty, straightforward Indian breakfast in Canberra. We’ll be back next time! 🙌

The dosa here is amazing! We ordered a chicken spicy dosa and masala dosa, Perfectly crispy on the outside and full of flavor. The chutneys and sambar are fresh and delicious, and everything is served with great care. We also ordered punugulu and panipuri, and both were absolutely tasty and satisfying. This is our second visit after trying it for the first time just three days ago, and it was just as wonderful. The owner and his wife are very nice, friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Really enjoyed the food and will definitely come back again and again. Highly recommend!

Great to find authentic South Indian brekkie in Canberra - thanks to @amrutham_au food truck. And well priced too. - I tried Mysore Bonda for the first time, was so perfectly fluffy! - you’ll keep taking more ‘n more coconut chutney… - the indian chai, which has a lovely aroma of rose petals. Is a neatly located food truck, with some casual seats and also a good outdoor heater for the chilly Canberra mornings. Can be tricky to find, behind the car wash in Belconnen (or you can go from the back entrance ahead of Kingsley).
