Absolutely delish food and a great vibe - staff were super lovely and ready to explain things if we had questions

Deliberately went out of our way to sample authentic Saffa food...didn't disappointment...took me back to our South Africa trip in spades! Aunty Meg didn't take any shortcuts in sharing her culture!! Enjoyed the Lamb Bunny Chow and Lamb Samosas! Rest of family enjoyed their Boerewors rolls too.

I looked up South African shops and restaurants earlier in the day while visiting Adelaide, and I was really glad this little spot came up. I have not had Bunny Chow in years, and it honestly felt like a real treat.

Had our first south african food with my girls. Place was lovely and not busy at the time. We went during lunch time. Food was lovely buy slightly on the smaller portion in my opinion

The food is an authentic taste of South Africa—especially Durban cuisine—flavourful, comforting, and made with so much love. The atmosphere is charming and relaxed, perfect for summer evenings under the stars, and they even have heaters to keep things cosy during the colder months. The cooks are warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming—it really does feel like dining at your favourite aunty’s kitchen! I honestly have nothing negative to say about this beautiful place. Aunty Meg’s Kitchen is a must-visit for anyone wanting to experience authentic South African food and heartfelt hospitality.
