Hey fellas, I have visited Curry House many times in the past, but my experience yesterday was very concerning. A visibly drunk customer harassed and verbally abused a young female staff member in front of other diners. This behaviour is completely unacceptable. What was most disappointing was that management did not take any action to intervene or protect their employee, even though the situation was clearly distressing. Under Fair Work guidelines, employers have a responsibility to provide a safe workplace and protect staff from harassment. Seeing customers attempt to step in while management remained silent was shocking. I hope the restaurant takes staff safety seriously and ensures proper measures are in place in the future.

We’re regular visitors at Curry House in Mowbray, and if you’re ever in Launceston, Tasmania, this spot should be on your must-visit list for Indian and Chinese cuisine. Tonight, we enjoyed a wonderful family dinner featuring Paneer Pakora, Chilli Chicken, Chicken Tandoori, and Butter Chicken, served with their delicious mint sauce and soft plain naan. Everything was cooked fresh on the spot—the buttery aroma and vibrant flavours were evident in every bite. What truly stands out is the remarkable consistency. For the last 10 years, Curry House has delivered the same great taste and quality. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and clearly work hard to maintain both quality and reasonable prices. A big thumbs up to Curry House—highly recommended!

Curry house is one of the best restaurants in Launceston! The food is always fresh, full of flavour, and made with care. Their prices are very reasonable, and the owner is extremely friendly, always greeting you with a big smile. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend to anyone who loves delicious Indian food. Absolutely love this place! Amazing people- so friendly, welcoming and always smiling.

Its the one of best Nepalese restaurants in Australia i guess in term of food taste i have been there multiple times. Food was always great. Mouth watering cheese naan and butter chicken are my favourite. Guys keep up the consistency thank you. Price is reasonable too. Definitely recommended.

The Mo-Mos were amazing! Our curries were great and good service was given, although waiting was necessary because they are so popular/busy. Great value for money too. We will be back.
