Had a wonderful experience at Gujju Food Hub. The ice dish was super fresh, the paan was delicious, and the overall environment was clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the chef’s work truly deserves appreciation. Highly recommended

I really appreciate that Gujju Food Hub brings authentic Gujarati flavours to the area, but there’s definitely room for improvement — especially in terms of service quality and professionalism. Each time I’ve visited, there has been an unusually long wait for orders, even when the place isn’t too busy. The staff seem friendly, but the overall service lacks the efficiency . With better time management, training, and customer service standards, this place could easily become a go-to spot for Gujarati cuisine.

The service was quite disappointing. We waited outside for a while to be seated, and no one attended to us. Even though we were told lunch hours were over, someone who arrived after us was still served from the lunch menu. We ordered a few starters — the taste was good but a bit too salty — and had to ask multiple times for plates, which were only given after the third request. My father-in-law wasn’t pleased with the service at all. The food itself was good and the portions were generous, but the overall service really needs improvement.

On our short trip to Hobart, we have visited Gujju Food Hub three times, as we fell in love with the ambience, the heartfelt cuisine and service. You are assured to choose anything on the menu and be impressed by the balance of flavours, quality of food, and generous portions. Dining with our friends, we chose the Eggplant, Goat and Paneer curries as mains, but our absolute favourites were the freshly made, traditional Chai. We wish we were locals so we could dine here more regularly, but we have something to really look forward to on our next visit. Thank you to the Gujju team!

As a proud Gujarati, let me tell you that the food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing! The flavors and spices used in the dishes are spot on and truly represent the authentic taste of Gujarat. From the eggplant bhartha to the creamy fruit salad, every dish is a burst of flavor in your mouth. The service is also top-notch, making the overall dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend trying out this restaurant for a taste of delicious and authentic Gujarati cuisine!
