This was my first time trying Indian cuisine, and it really impressed me. The mutton curry and chicken curry were excellent. You must order their garlic naan. The waitress was warm and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience.

Amazing food and top-notch customer service! We ordered butter chicken with naan, chicken biryani, and chilli prawns, and every dish was outstanding. Each one was packed with flavour and beautifully prepared. The chilli prawns were absolutely out of this world and truly made my day — easily the highlight of the meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

I visited the restaurant with my family after seeing its pictures online. And I must say, the ambience is just beautiful. It was a breezy day and we chose to have a seat outside, the sun was setting and we had a spectacular view. We ordered a meat samosa, fish pakora, chicken tikka for the entrées. They all tasted delicious with generous portions. For the mains we went for the lamb rogan Josh, Karahi chicken, lamb madras and the mushroom masala. Our servers were very considerate to confirm with the chef which dishes were Nut-free according to our dietary requirements and they also have gluten-free and dairy-free items. You can also choose the spice levels on curries which is great to cater to everyone’s spice preferences. The curries were really smooth and flavourful w the meat pieces well marinated. Recommend you to try the stuffed breads - Chilli chicken naan, paneer Naan, and cheese and spinach naan. Our servers for the day were extremely kind and welcoming, special mention to Karan and Rinkal for their hospitality. All in all, a great experience and would recommend to visit! 10/10

13 October 2025 update. Ordered takeaway. Exceptional. Generous portions. Great flavours. The 'Takeaway Packs' are real value. Definitely recommend. Wow! This is definitely worth a visit because of the food and ambience. Great table service, very personable staff, and one panoramic view of Mount Coot-tha. Dine inside or out. Outside would be amazing at night. But, the food! The chef on duty lunchtime we were there, incredible. The presentation, subtly of flavours and the quantity, delightful. Plenty of parking under the building accessible from the side street.

Absolutely Disappointing – Never Ordering Again This was our second time ordering from Indian Brothers Restaurant, and unfortunately, it will be our last. We ordered biryani online, and to our shock, the large rice container—previously filled to the brim—arrived only half full. It honestly looked like someone had eaten from it. While we initially suspected the delivery driver, the bag was stapled shut and securely sealed, so it's clear the issue originated from the kitchen. Perhaps they ran out of rice and gambled that we wouldn’t notice. Well, we did. To make matters worse, the Doordash delivery was a nightmare. It took 2.5 hours for our food to arrive. We had given clear and specific delivery instructions, yet the food was dumped on the stairs, in the rain, without a call or message. What we found was cold, soggy, and incomplete. When we called the restaurant, the initial response was just “sorry.” To be fair, Eshita later offered to replace the meal and promised a refund as a gesture of goodwill. While we appreciate her effort, the core issue remains: the kitchen sent out half a meal, and the delivery was handled carelessly. We had just come out of hospital surgery, hoping for a comforting meal. Instead, we were met with frustration, food safety concerns, and poor service. It’s disappointing and unacceptable, especially for loyal customers. We’ll wait for the refund—but we won’t be ordering again due to food safety concern we experienced.
