I first tried the food around 3 months ago and my partner and I have gotten it about 6 times since then. Takeaway is our go to. For the price point the food is great. It's rare to find somewhere you can get two good sized curries, rice, naan & papadums for under $50. We rate it.
This used to be my favourite Indian where Iโd get a takeaway every week. Went overseas for a month and eagerly went on my return, confused by all new faces. It had changed hands but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately the food was poor. Soggy Naan, watery, tasteless curries. Iโm gutted. Whereโs the original family gone? Iโd go miles for their food
I felt compelled to try this place out because the google reviews were so good, decided to dine in rather than a takeaway. The place is setup as a takeaway joint really, itโs a pretty small venue, but there is seating available to eat in. Unfortunately, we left this place terribly disappointed. We ordered Chicken 65 to start, the chicken was cooked to an inch of existence and was as rubbery as an old boot. For mains we had the family chicken curry recipe, this was not bad, plenty of flavours a good ratio of meat to sauce, this was really the only good part of the meal. The malai kofta was bland, absolutely no seasoning and the dumplings were not punchy enough to lift the cream sauce around them, thereโs more flavour drinking a pot of cream. Sadly the roti and the paratha were over cooked and tasted like the ghee / oil in the pan had been used a few times alreadyโฆ there was a dirty feel about the bread. The girls serving us were very friendly and had lovely smiles, the food was a real let down on this occasion.
Every food was so delicious. If u really want to have authantical taste of indian food., must try place. We were 6 people we had staters and food and prices was so amazed like one person can have in very reasonable prices we all love it. Staff was really gud and friendly.๐๐
Delicious Indian for great price. Butter chicken ($19) was a tiny bit too spicy for me but my friend loved it. I enjoyed the chicken korma ($19) a lot. Garlic naan was good, but agreeing with other reviews, a bit dry. However, you need to bring time. We arrived just after 6pm on a Friday. Only one person in front of us, but it took about 45 minutes till the food came. At least they provided something like papadam to snack before and for $19 it was definitely worth to wait. Just after us quite a few people came and they were annoyed of waiting so long. So be prepared.
