Very good indeed. We had the chicken tikka masala and Tarka Dhall. The chicken dish was beautifully spiced. Best I've had in recent memory. The Tarka Dhall was also great. I'd go again and would recommend this restaurant as it's certainly a cut well above your typical indian restaurant.

This has to be the nicest Indian Restaurant we have been too ever. We travel full time so see lots of restaurants all around the country and this has to be the best. The decor is modern, the service is spot on and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly, attentive and very efficient without being over the top. It’s a little gem tucked away in a back arcade off Darby St and has some some reserved parking for customers.

We're thrilled to have found this wonderful Indian restaurant in Darby St. Authentic flavours and presentation of every dish, with an impressive range of items on the bar and dining menus to select from - the mocktail range is especially impressive and the service is outstanding! The atmosphere is very relaxing, friendly and perfectly matches the 'art meets dining' 'restobar' vibe that is promised. We have found our new favourite Newy restaurant and look forward to enjoying many evenings with great food, family and friends over wonderful Indian dishes in this tucked away gem of a restaurant. Abi & Rinkal have an incredible business built on their delicious food! It was a pleasure to visit. I immediately felt welcomed into their beautiful venue, and the food was beyond impressive!! I highly recommend the Afgani Chicken 💯

We came for a lovely dinner on Father’s day for some of the best Indian dishes in Newcastle!! The food was incredible! Extremely flavoursome with the perfect amount of spice. We ordered Samosa, Beef Biryani, Butter Chicken, an Okra dish and Prawn Masala. As well as, Saffron Rice. Being able to choose either mild, medium or hot spice level for each dish was fabulous too. Each dish was delicious, with so much flavour. The atmosphere was wonderful. The restaurant had a modern twist with the fabulous wallpaper and music too. Thank you to the lovely ladies that served us, you were very kind! We will be back very soon!
