I ordered chicken tikka masala with cheese naan. I bit into a small stone in the naan, which is unacceptable and could have caused injury. This has seriously affected my trust in the food quality and safety.

Genuinely such a sweet restaurant with such good food. Have been here three days in a row now, the space is so comforting and the best butter chicken i’ve tried on the gold coast! Waitresses are super sweet and accommodating too. Definitely will be trying all the other dishes!!!

Look at the proof. Like seriously? I am regular customer in this restaurant. This is what I get today. Pick up Order from Menulog. This food is sitting in your fridge for few weeks that’s why the Manchurian balls are hard. Too much colour in the food. Quantity is just half of the container. I don’t want to put the review but this food condition couldn’t stop me to do that. After calling staff , they told me they will do compensate in next order. Like for real? I earn & capable enough to pay for the food. But the way restaurant playing with customers health is very bad. Can restaurant compensate on my medical bills if I face any health issue after this? I feel burn in my chest & pain in my stomach already.

Absolutely gem of a place, Hidden Gem around the hinterland Gold Coast , I would recommend & request more locals & fellow traveler's & tourists to give team Masala flames a Visit, worth the visit or takeaway orders , The culinary team has mastered their craftsmanship in providing exact blend of Indian spices and the chefs have a unique style towards amazing delicacy they have got to offer , Excellent service visited on cold night take away order great hospitality & packaging, Even came as an annoying closing time late night customer but still they managed to make my order absolutely perfect no complaints 10/10 on all aspects of service to expected from a reputable restaurant. 🤩✨ , Words can’t describe it’s a must visit restaurant.

I was originally on the way to another place, but Masala Flames caught my eye, and it looked inviting so I thought I would give it a try. I love a nuclear power vindaloo, and I asked if they could give me a super hot and spicy beef vindaloo, and boy, did they deliver. I ordered a beef vindaloo, garlic naan, and vegetable samosa. Vindaloo. Powerful, and made to my taste as promised! Thank you! Garlic naan had a very nice texture and flavour, I really enjoyed it. The vegetable samosa was also very tasty combined with the sauce that comes with it. Definitely a 5/5 from me, and I have been to many different Indian places all over. All this, and great service as well. I recommend all the come try it!
