Masala Hut is such a great restaurant The food is always fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully cooked. You can really taste the quality and care they put into every dish everything is just delicious. The staff are so nice and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile and make sure you have everything you need. The service is quick, and they’re very polite and friendly. The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and has a lovely atmosphere perfect for eating out with friends or family. It’s one of my favourite spots in Toowoomba, and I always enjoy going there!

We recently celebrated a birthday party at Masala Hut in Toowoomba, and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish they made sure everything went smoothly and that everyone felt welcome. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how tasty everything was. The staff even helped us organise the tables and made sure we had everything we needed for the celebration. The restaurant had a lovely, cheerful atmosphere — perfect for a special occasion. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for our group. It was a fantastic night, and we were really happy with how everything turned out. Masala Hut is definitely a great place to celebrate with family and friends. Highly recommend it for any special event! Once again thank you so much for the amazing staff.❤️❤️

I had amazing time with my friends on her birthday. The staff was amazing, very friendly and cheerful. The staff was very patient as well, we took too long order lol. The food was awesome as well 🤤..my favorite was the veg samosa and biryani. And the naans were so soft and delicious 😋.. plus the atmosphere was pleasant as well.. over all had an amazing time.. definitely worth the visit 😄

Masala Hut Toowoomba presented Fantastic food that was overshadowed by average service and a below average restaurant atmosphere. Entering a gloomy, old and poorly laid out restaurant to be seated in a table with ghastly views of the customer bathroom door watching people go in and out of the toilet. The atmosphere of this restaurant was unfortunately unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Not suitable for any gatherings, dates or meetings. The service of staff was average, with orders placed accurately and minimal greetings. Though, the uniforms of staff may need another look over, with our particular waitress wearing what appeared to be gym wear, that cut off just below the chest. An uncomfortable look when placing an order looking at someone’s stomach. The food was great. Taste was incredible, dishes looked colourful and well made. I highly recommend the Biriyani. Great work. Overall, an average experience, delicious food that was unfortunately distracted by other key elements that need to be addressed. Simple fixes however and I expect the next visit to hopefully be better.
