Punjabeez in Morisset is hands-down my favourite place to eat in the area. The food is truly exceptional and every visit feels like arriving at a friendโs dinner table rather than just another restaurant. Weโve become regulars, and in all that time weโve never once been disappointed. The service is warm, efficient and genuinely friendly โ attentive without ever feeling rushed. Our go-to dishes are the vege korma and the butter chicken, both rich, beautifully spiced and paired perfectly with plenty of bread to sop up every last bit. If youโre after reliably great Indian food in Morisset with a welcoming vibe and flavours that keep you coming back, Punjabeez deserves to be at the top of your list.
We stopped in for a quick meal while traveling. the staff were lovely, the food was ready so quickly and really really tasty! I wish we lived closer so we could come again!
[Food: 4/5] The food was delicious and well-prepared. [Service: 1/5] Overall, the customer service was extremely poor. The Indian female staff member provided excellent service and handled orders efficiently, but the other staff members were more focused on using their phones or browsing social media at the tables rather than attending to customers. [Pricing Transparency: 0/5] One of the most disappointing aspects was the lack of transparency in pricing. The restaurant charged an additional $1 per menu item for dine-in orders, but this was not disclosed in advance. When I asked for a detailed receipt, they simply wrote down the prices with a pen, which was highly unprofessional and raised concerns about their credibility. [Overall Experience: 2/5] Due to the lack of professionalism and pricing transparency, this experience was highly disappointing. I have no intention of revisiting this restaurant. Best of luck in becoming wealthy.
From Melbourne went to Dora Creek for Easter break. We were recommended this restaurant & it was Amazing food, very friendly service, a small place but very clean. We ordered: Papadum, Roti, Garlic naan, Lamb vindaloo, peanut beef, chilli pickles. All dish was wow Fantastic, it was so good that the next day we ordered take away ( Garlic naan, punjabeez naan, Goat curry, eggplant & potatoes curry). Highly recommend this restaurant not only the food is so good but the owner was so friendly & guiding on some of the dish that we haven't try before.
Favourite local Indian cuisine on the coast. It is so flavoursome & the portions are incredibly generous. I believe the staff are very professional & friendly. The restaurant is clean & tidy, my husband & I love the golden hour sunset it brightens the entire restaurant adds to the atmosphere of our date night. We had mango chicken, lamb korma, prawn with coconut milk curry, keema naan, chicken & cheese naan, Roti, mint sauce, mango lassi, mango ice cream. Iโm off to eat left overs for tonightโs dinner woohoo! Keep up the good work you lovely people! Ciao ๐๐ฝ
