Amazing food and service by the owner and staff. This was our second visit we love this place. Donโt come in expecting a fine dining atmosphere this is a very humble and simple place with amazing food and good people. * special mention. - I casually asked weather they make buttermilk (chhaaas) they do have it on the menu the Staff not only made for me but they gave to every customer on the house as it was a hot day. Good portion and very good price.
We walked in into this restaurant on a Tuesday evening. They serve only dosa on Tuesdays and each costing $14. We were seated without any delay and placed order for Mysore masala dosa and masala dosa. Food was served really quickly. Both dosas were wonderful. Mysore masala was spiced right. Masala filling was generous in both. Sambar is worth mentioning as it was on the thicker side, and flavourful. We also had goli soda in jeera flavour. Hope we will get a chance to savour the other items on their menu. A visit is highly recommended!
Authentic South Indian taste served with so much of love and affection that I have never had such an experience in Australia (though I am from Sydney). Fantastic ambience and experience.
Whenever I feel homesick and crave something truly authentic, I head straight to Rasam restaurant. Their dosa is absolutely delicious and reminds me so much of back home in India. Itโs crisp, flavorful, and made with so much love โ just like how itโs done back home. No matter how many times Iโve been here, the taste never disappoints. Itโs my little comfort spot when I need a taste of home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for real Indian flavors!
We had a delicious and sumptuous buffet dinner on Saturday night at this authentic South Indian restaurant. The food was pure vegetarian and the staff and ambience were lovely. However, there is a weekend surcharge and limited opening days and specific timings, so itโs best to check the timings online. Street parking is limited. Despite these minor drawbacks, itโs still a great value for money and highly recommended.
