Punjabi-style goat curry was really good but there was little meat and a lot of bones in the stew. Garlic cheese naan was amazing! Service was okay

Saffron Cuisine in Brisbane is truly one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. From the moment you walk in, the warm ambience and welcoming staff make you feel right at home. The service here is exceptional — attentive, friendly, and efficient without ever being intrusive. We tried a few dishes, and every single one was absolutely delicious. The **aloo paratha** was perfectly cooked, soft on the inside with a light crispness on the outside, and packed with flavorful spiced potato filling. The **cheese and garlic naan** was another highlight — fluffy, aromatic, and a perfect accompaniment to the curries. The **butter chicken** was rich, creamy, and bursting with authentic flavors — easily one of the best versions I’ve had in Brisbane. The **spinach chicken** (palak chicken) was equally delightful, with tender chicken pieces cooked in a velvety spinach sauce that was both comforting and full of depth. Every dish tasted fresh and well-balanced, showcasing the chef’s skill and passion for Indian cuisine. Portions were generous, prices reasonable, and the presentation was lovely. It’s clear that Saffron Cuisine takes pride in delivering not just great food but also a memorable dining experience. Whether you’re a fan of traditional Indian flavors or trying Indian food for the first time, this place will exceed your expectations. Visited Saffron Restaurant and really enjoyed the experience! The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the ambience made for a comfortable and pleasant dining experience. Great spot for authentic flavours and good service — highly recommend!

Just wow!! The chicken tikka masala was full of flavour and the gravy was really thick! The khadai paneer the next day delicious!! I had the lunch special ... Such big serves! Highly recommend!!

Stepped in and observed that it’s a counter service. The counter staff didn’t say hello or anything, so we just quietly grabbed a few menu. The inside seatings were full, so we managed an outdoor table for our group of 5 adults and 1 toddler. After having placed our order, the food was served in a short wait. The portions were small; more gravy than the main ingredients. The curries weren’t piping hot (not sure if they were pre-made and reheated). We ordered 2 of the curries to be made medium but one was hotter than another. We enjoyed their naan bread the most-fluffy, bubbly and chewy. The service was just strait forward, not extraordinary.
