It was really bad experience on 26 Dec. We were expecting the taste of Punjab. But it’s only the name of Punjab not in actual. First impression, Amritsari fish taste as normal and comes without lemon and onions. Pieces like long chilli pakora. We ordered butter naan but these were dry. They gave us butter separately. Butter chicken too sweet. They don’t have any place to hand wash. Don’t have toilet. For toilet you have to go around the building. Kids enjoyed naan.. most of the surprise thing is , when we asked for take away containers for leftover naan then they are charging for those containers.. never had this experience in life about container charges. We had food at other places in Gold Coast but no one charged for takeaway containers.
Everyone must try their lunch Veg thali. It is amazing. Love their paneer curry.
We had great time at the restaurant. The food was well presented and delicious. The best part of the service was customer service from the girl (Ananya)who was working front of the house. She was kind and caring. My family loved the experience so big thank you to all the staff. We will visit again.
This has to be the best north Indian restaurant in Gold Coast / Brisbane in terms of food quality and taste. We had chicken tikka platter, and it had three varieties, each with unique flavour, but all were melt in your mouth tender. Soya chaap and tawa chicken was just amazing. You can just tell that they have put so much time and effort preparing each gravy. It took me back to India when I had the first bite. I am def coming here to try other options. Please, everyone, visit this place and support this amazing place who knows how to cook real Indian food. Chef and owners were so kind and made it feel like home. Thank you again for the amazing food.
After 40 years of enjoying my mum’s exquisite Indian dinners, she’s no longer able to cook for us. Naturally, I’ve been on the hunt for something that could live up to the magic of her meals. Over the years, I’ve sampled countless Indian restaurants across Australia, but many have disappointed—those traffic light curries come to mind: sloppy, uninspired, and a far cry from what authentic Indian food should be. This restaurant, however, is the one. The dishes are flavorful, thoughtfully prepared, and bursting with the authenticity I’ve been yearning for. It’s not just a meal here—it’s a reminder of mum, family, and the joy of truly great food. I’m thrilled to have found this place, and I’m already looking forward to sharing this experience with friends. Thank you for making my search worthwhile—it’s been an absolute gift. Hara Bhara Veg Kebab - amazing green condiment!!!!!
