My eldest son and I enjoyed a quick evening meal at Stonewater, situated at 893 Canning Hwy in Mount Pleasant. As we found ourselves in a bustling Indian restaurant on a Tuesday night, the only Westerners in the crowd, we knew we were in for an unmissable culinary adventure. And indeed, the food was nothing short of spectacular, bursting with vibrant flavors. Our attentive waitress offered excellent recommendations that truly elevated our dining experience. We indulged in the Stonewater Tasting Plate, which included Chicken Tikka, Lasooni Prawn, Paneer Tikka, and Veg Bhaji, all of which were absolutely delightful. The Lime Butter Chicken was a highlight, featuring tender pieces of tandoori chicken tikka enveloped in a distinctive lemon and lime-infused tomato and cashew sauce. We also relished a medium Beef Vindaloo, where the spices were perfectly balanced and unforgettable. I eagerly anticipate my next visit for another amazing meal!

I had such a lovely time. The staff were kind and attentive, the food was full of flavour and beautifully made, and the whole place had such a welcoming vibe. It felt easy to relax and enjoy. Definitely a 5 star experience all around. Highly recommended 🤗

My wife and I went last night and thoroughly enjoyed the service and ambiance. Despite some issues with the food, the issue was dealt with politely and without fuss. Important qualities for a fine service restaurant. The entree was a tasting plate and it was superb! Very friendly and attentive service. Will return and see if I can get this review up to a well deserved five stars.

The menu was thoughtfully planned, with all halal meat and top-quality dishes, including excellent seafood and meat options. Our guests were truly impressed with the food. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Staff made sure every guest was comfortable and their needs were met. The venue layout was beautiful, and special touches like the decorated cake table made the night even more memorable. The ambience was warm and welcoming, perfect for our celebration. From the moment we started planning to the event day, the team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. For the quality of food and service provided, it was very reasonably priced. We highly recommend Stonewater Grill for any function, party, or get-together—and we’ll definitely be returning often!
