We had goat and fish curry, wheat roti and garlic naan, all delicious. The spiciness level is right to what we ordered (medium spicy). I found my fish tasty but a little too salty. But it should be expected as Indian food is known for its heavy seasoning with spices.
guys this butter chicken was genuinely the best iโve had, it was so creamy and so delicious i actually canโt get over how good it was. same with their garlic cheese naan, i just kept eating and eating and literally hoped the basket would magically replenish itself. this is lowkey my fave indian restaurant now, i also loved their lamb chops and achari seekh kebab, which were so filled with flavour ! the lamb saag was also super good, the lamb was cooked so well and the flavours with the naan and rice so good ๐ป all of their curries were so delicious, big love to the grand palace ! genuinely kept eating even though i was so full, i even liked their semolina crusted prawn even though i donโt usually like prawn ๐ this has now become my new go to spot for indian food, that butter chicken has my heart and stomach completely ๐ โ ๐ฝ๏ธ what we got ๐ฝ๏ธ Set Menu ($95 pp) - Tandoori Chicken - Chef Special Ginger Lamb Chops - Semolina Crusted Prawns - Achari Seekh Kebab - Goat Pepper Fry - Butter Chicken - Lamb Saag - Goan Fish Curry - Garlic Naan - Walnut Brownie Choco Heaven With Ice Cream Extra Order - Cheesy Garlic Naan
Great food and ambience. Service was top notch. Probably the one of the best Indian food we had in our trip. They have a separate vegan section as well and very good selection. They have minimum spend notices and probably that working for them. We were surprised at first but the food was so good that we ended up in spending more than that minimum amount.
Where do I begin? Iโve never been a fan of Indian or spicy cuisine, but this restaurant completely changed my mind. It was truly the best dining experience Iโve ever had within the Indian cousin market, and I wonโt be going anywhere else! Thank you so much for looking after our table โ the dinner was absolutely exquisite. Iโm already salivating just looking at the photos Iโm posting! Thank you again, and see you soon !
Surprisingly good Indian Food in the heart of the CBD. Absurdly bright lights in the restaurant, and menus wrapped in plastic give this high end a bit of low end vibe. What we liked Typical Indian favourites, bursting with flavours, prompt service. What we did not like Lighting Cheap looking menus. Bottom line Good value. $200 for 2.
