Honestly, Spice Hut, Baringa is one of the best Indian food I’ve had in Sunshine Coast. Everything we ordered was delicious, well-flavoured, and very enjoyable. The service during the meal was also friendly and attentive. However, the experience at payment time made me uncomfortable. When paying by credit card, there was a tipping option on the machine, and the server stood there watching closely to see how much tip we would select. Tipping should be optional, and customers should not feel pressured or judged in that moment. While the food itself was excellent, this situation left a negative impression and took away from what was otherwise a great dining experience.

My wife and I love Indian food, and we believe The Spice Hut at Barings is one of the best, if not the best we have ever experienced. We have not experienced Street Food like theirs before. They are unique. We had not tried Crispy Dosa until today, and it was stunning. If you have not tried it before, I suggest you get guidance from the staff on what to order and how to eat it; you won't be disappointed. The restaurant is lovely, and the food fantastic which is only topped off by the lovely staff. Don't waste time, book a lovely meal at The Spice Hut.

Such a wonderful experience. We went for the first time last week as we had noticed they had just opened. Great sized meals. When you ask for hot , it’s hot 🔥!! ( thanks chef) Coming back again tonight ( origin game 3) we ordered over the phone and 30mins later we’ve come to meet ash and the team! Thanks again guys! Can’t wait to come back!
